You can eat the foods you want as long as you control the portions, and as long as you cut down on the frequency for the unhealthy options. If you're healthy all week, reward yourself with a slice or two of your favorite pizza. Just don't have a whole pie, or chow down on your favorite take out every Fun healthy habits night of the week.
